As an independent, (family run) opticians, we put great emphasis on the quality care we provide you with from the moment you walk through our doors. So to take our services to the next level we decided to collaborate with The Hearing Care Partnership to expand our offerings to include hearing care.
At our practice in Great Yarmouth, we are joined by a fully qualified audiologist who provides a range of hearing care services. These include complimentary hearing tests, hearing aids, ear wax removal, tinnitus consultations and hearing protection.
Complimentary Hearing Tests

During your hearing assessment, our experienced audiologist will take the time to understand your individual needs before conducting a series of advanced diagnostic tests including tympanometry, otoscopy, and pure tone audiometry. Following this, your audiologist will provide you with a thorough explanation of your results, ensuring you have a clear understanding of your hearing and overall hearing health.
Advanced Hearing Aids
With the results of your hearing assessment, your audiologist might determine that you would benefit from hearing aids. Through The Hearing Care Partnership, we have a broad range of advanced hearing aid technology options available to you. Our audiologist will work closely with you to understand your unique hearing and lifestyle needs before recommending the best solution.
Payment Plan
To help spread the cost of your new hearing aids, The Hearing Care Partnership offers an easy payment plan so you can pay for them over 10 easy monthly payments.
Ear Wax Removal
Ear wax is completely a natural occurrence and often requires little intervention. However, when ear wax builds up, professional removal may be required to help you hear clearly again. Should this be the case, we are here to help with our comprehensive ear wax removal service.
Our hearing care professional will use the latest and safest methods, such as microsuction and irrigation, to gently remove your excess ear wax. This will be followed by a hearing health check to review your current hearing levels.
Tinnitus Consultations
